If you would like to find out more about LASIK and if it’s right for you, take the first step and make an appointment with Eye City for a Free Educational Screening. You can complete a LASIK Screening Form and bring it with you to your screening.

During the screening, you’ll receive
detailed information about the

procedure, the expected results, and follow-up treatment. We want to make sure you have all the information necessary to make an informed decision regarding LASIK.

If the results from the Educational Screening are positive, then an appointment will be made with Dr. George Walters for a comprehensive LASIK evaluation. If you are not a LASIK candidate, you will not be charged for the evaluation and there is no further obligation.
